This simple dish packs so much flavour that I almost finished the bowl! I ended up putting more chili crisp in. I am so making this every time for meal prep or for dinner parties. Nagi, thank you for sharing to us how to make wonderful, amazing food with enjoyment.

I’ve always found Cucumbers a boring vegetable but I received some in a vegie box. This was amazing. If Cucumbers can taste like this, I will need to buy more.
