These little cakes were fun to make and SO SO DELICIOUS! My icing technique still needs work but the perfection was in the taste!

Australian baking trays are smaller, and I expect I would struggle to squeeze a jelly roll pan into my oven. Paying through the nose to have one shipped here seems to defeat the object of the exercise. 🙁
